Back again for the upcoming festive, our signature pineapple tart is a tropical delight that encases the vibrant flavours of pineapple filling within a buttery crust with a subtle cheese aroma. Our pineapple tart has a generous 1:1 pastry to filling ratio to give a nice sweet and sour balance. Louie’s Sablé Cookie - another of our festive favourite. Each cookie is a celebration of simplicity and sophistication, featuring a crumbly, tender texture and a
rich, buttery flavour that lingers on your palate. These lovely tarts and cookies have been our best festive seller over the years, well-loved by our customers!
WHY Louie's? - Freshly baked with premium quality French Butter and pineapple filling, no added preservatives or artificial flavourings. 🎁Individually sealed and beautifully packed in a beautiful giftbox.
We only use premium halal ingredients, baked in an individual huge pastry kitchen equipped with commercial equipments only for baking purposes. More than half of our household are Muslims, its only natural that we only use halal ingredients in our kitchen.
⚠ Allergens info: Contains wheat gluten, eggs, dairy ingredients (milk, cheese etc), baked in facilities that processed nuts as well. Avoid consumption if you have serious food allergy.
